Return/ Refund Policy
If you have received items that you are not satisfied with, please contact us.
- Requests must be made within 7 full days of receipt of order.
- All products must be returned with original labels affixed.
- Returns must include the name of the original purchaser.
- Refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees.
- Refunds may take 7 to 14 working days to be paid back.
- Depending on the circumstance of the return credit may only be given to replace the value of the items purchased with other products and no cash may be refunded only credit towards your account.
- We do not accept change of minds, all products are clearly described online.
- If an order is processed and then canceled a 15% surcharge will apply on the refund.
- We offer two options with refunds, Option 1 – Hold Credit for a future order no fees deducted, Option 2 – Refund with a 15% bank and handling fees surcharge. Depending on the situation we will decide which is best.
Not what you ordered:
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Products damaged on delivery:
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of delivery / collection by emailing us on email@example.com
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund you on that specific product excluding delivery charges.
We hope you are crazy about your order, however if for any reason you are not entirely happy we will gladly give you an exchange or credit/refund within 14 days. Should you wish to do this, please return your entire purchase to us within 7 working days of delivery in its original condition.
